Banks shoots one of the FBI guys when they find out he killed the guy in the restroom but the man is clearly wearing body armor and escapes in the car.
Also, it is left ambiguous whether Banks might’ve killed both the traitor & Harper but since only one gunshot was heard, I am left to assume he killed just one of the two and not both.
