Rant here, you know the old saying: April Showers Bring May Flowers? Well, here in the mountains of Val Verde April Snow brings May Snow. There are no flowers, only continued rot and decay. So what better way to celebrate this beautiful season of continued wintery death than to keep on talking and writing about Bad-Ass Cinema. Which is exactly what I plan to do. Coming up this month, I have mucho interest in continuing to expand and better my new baby, The AOBG Podcast. And even though it’s like trying to kick water up hill, I believe my partner in audio crime, Kain, will remain by my side. ‘Cuz fuck knows with this next weekend marking the beginning of the Summer Movie Blockbuster Shitstorm Of Cinematic Overload, there’s going to be a bunch of crap up on the anvil waiting to get hammered: Iron Man 2, Robin Hood, MacGruber and ~shudder~ Prince Of Persia: The Sands Of CG, for starters. All on my list to see. All on my list to write-up. All, frankly, look like ass. Should make for an interesting month of mediocrity and bitter discussion. Anyways, that’s about all I have to say. I’m going to go back to watching movies and writing notes of things to say about them for The AOBG Podcast III: Podcast, Hot-Shot (which should be up the middle of next week).
